Shinay Ford founded Accere Corporate Services in 2017. She is a finance and operations leader whose career spans the core functions of a business: financial management, production and operations management, human resources, compensation and benefits, and business development.
Her work centres on performance, people and planning. At Accere, she brings an executive-level view to owner-led companies, advising on strategy, finance and operations and leading the team that delivers the work.
